We want you to be fully satisfied with your Delve Jewellery. If for any reason you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, you have the option to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it — no questions asked.

You’re welcome to try on your jewellery during this 30-day period, just as you would in a physical store. However, please avoid using the item beyond what’s necessary to make your decision. If the product is used more than allowed (for instance, by removing attached tags), and this results in a loss of value, you may be held responsible for the depreciation.

If you decide to return your item, we kindly ask you to send it back — ideally in its original condition and packaging.

Returning something? No problem. You can register your return through sending us an email at hello@delvejewellery.com. After receiving our instructions, simply drop off your parcel at a designated service point — return shipping is free of charge.

Once we’ve received your return in good condition, we’ll send you a confirmation of receipt. Your full purchase amount — including any shipping and payment fees — will be refunded as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after we’ve received your cancellation notice. Please note: we may wait to process the refund until we’ve received the returned item(s) or you’ve provided proof of shipment.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, whenever technically possible.
